A colourful sour ale with aromas of tart raspberry and light spice. Raspberry dominates the flavour with bright notes of lime, ginger, orange, cinnamon and black pepper.

Appearance is luxurious and vibrant, like plum flesh, deep reddish pink. Head is lightly pink like shaved Himalayan salt and forms up well before collapsing within a minute.
Pure raspberry on the nose, like fresh jam. Whiffs of cinnamon and clove.
Fruity, acidic, and tart flavours, pressed raspberries or sour cherries, and I do get a sense of lime zest though faint. The spices are light but provide a pleasant, subtle warmth, predominantly of cinnamon. Dry, puckering finish, with a slight acidic burn, and solid length. Medium/light body and medium carbonation.
Really enjoying the addition of spice in this. Makes a pretty straightforward brew more interesting. Tasty and a solid summer selection.
