This one from the series (with a great name that is riffing on conspiracy theories) pours darkish orange. To me, this is always an ominous sign, representing more malt than I care for. There is an attractive ring of head that remains after the pour and the settling of things. The nose is fruity, but not citrus. The hops also come across with some authority.
The taste is slightly maltier than I like in my IPA (not surprisingly I don't like the West Coast style), but not obtrusively so. Mostly this is a hop bomb, with added bread notes.
