Allow us to introduce the debut of our second cousin once removed, the adjunct IPA we call Soft Support. With pillowy hints of marshmallow, a quick citrus hit of pineapple, and to round out the bottom, the smooth floral and delightfully expressive duo of Citra and Sabro. This brew is an experience few will forget. Shake hard, pour fast, this beers on nitro!

The gimmick of Nitro is hard to resist. So here I go again.
Shake...pour in a way I never do (fast) and I have a pretty glass of beer. Awww!
The nose is of stone fruit and marshmallow. The pineapple comes through in the body, plus the taste of chewing gum.
Nitro really doesn't work with anything but a stout and here we have a soft but now barely carbonated IPA. So the feel takes a hit. But the taste is also not quite up my alley. Not sour, only slightly tart (so the balance is good), but the pineapple in the beer is just obtrusive, not refreshing.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
