IIPA w/ Mosaic, Cryo Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin

The newest brother of the Devil’s Trill family although familiar, is like a phoenix made of hops and grain, continually renewing itself, re-inventing its future, and ever moving towards pure brew perfection. For this cycle we’ve used Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, giving it a superb balance of citrus, blueberry and Sauvignon blanc without sacrificing any of that essential Trill lineage. Is this the best Devil’s Trill yet? TBD friends.

Pours a nice yellow with an aggressive head. The nose is of hops, citrus, honey and something tart, white wine-ish. The taste is in fact tart and it's not only the Nelson Sauvin, but also its combination with the Cryo (Mosaic), which more breweries have been using in the last few months, though I wish they'd stop. This would be nice without it, but as is, meh.
