Pours a yellow opaque colour with a white head. Bitter and metallic on the smell. Tropical, juicy and quite bitter on the taste. Almost tart. Nicely carbonated

I am kind of convinced that the reason we see all of these New Zealand hops lately is because of the lack of access and/or availability to other hops during the pandemic. I could be wrong of course, but that's how it feels.
Anyway, this NZ hop variety also makes the beer smell and taste like white wine, as the NZ hops wont to do. Pours fizzy, no head retention. Too much carbonation and somewhat mundane taste though it must be refreshing in heat. I have a four pack and that will be it.
