IIIPA w/ Mosaic, Vic Secret & Galaxy
The velvet hammer returns: our ongoing pursuit of the perfect balance of bitter and sweet brings us the newest version of our IIIPA. Everything Goes Aways has the heaviest hop rates of any of our recipes, but you would not know that from the serene beauty from the top of flavour mountain over here.

Another installment from this series. So far they have been pretty decent but a tad malt heavy.
This one pours thick, leaving a ring of a head. The nose is wood, grass, and slight citrus. The feel is soft as expected with the thickness. There is some mango, heavy wood, while still some malt, but better balanced. Very boozy feel with carbonation. Nicely done, though I only have the one can and it has been discontinued. So that sucks for me. But all in all, this is a good one.

A COVID inspired brew? The dark and minimal can art does suggest as much. Tried a Jan 28th can and poured mango thick with small collar and decent lacing. Heavy mango forward nose with tangerine and light grasses. Citrus forward first sip offer smooth and balanced mouth. Very mild finish. At 10% be careful as this is easy to drink and smooth. We have indeed all had enough of this pandemic but have we had enough Blood Brothers? Hardly! A fine brew for a cold February day dreaming of better days ahead…
