IPA w/ Mosaic, Citra & HBC638
Our latest IPA is a delectable hazy affair, rich like Great-Uncle Shumei but with genes also from the other side of the family: expect everything you love about a Blood Brothers hazy IPA but with a little extra oomph from the department of delicious (Great-Aunt Entheogen had some great genes too).
The only thing Basic about this IPA is its name.

The ABV on this one is 7%, not 6.5% as it states here.
A pretty mundane name here, but I guess that's supposed to be the joke. Ha. A riot.
Pours yellow with a substantial head. The nose is mostly of grapefruit and malt, with a little honey.
The taste surprises. It's good enough I guess, but something makes it taste a bit odd. The feel is the same. It's kind of powdery and oily at the same time.
Not a bad IPA, but not that good either.
