Because of the apparent marshmallow, I posted this in the sweet stout category.
Pours black with a beautiful mocha head, but it only last a few seconds. The nose has a nice rum scent with chocolate, albeit slightly sweet. The taste is quite balanced. Yes, the sweetness is there but it's not obtrusive. The rum isn't overwhelming either.
True, it's boozy, but this whole thing is rather well made.
