Barrel Aged Wild Ale, 4% ABV
Fridge space is the place! We’ve whipped up a session barrel-aged sour the colour of light straw, with notes of orange rind, a bright & funky acidity, a wee bit of Aperol bitterness with a light woodiness to round it all off!
An Arkestra of brewed notes the size of Saturn.

355ML can
Served in a teku glass
This beer pours a murky amber hue. It is topped with a fleeting tan head that leaves no trace.
Sour peach aroma with a nice funkiness to it. Dank basement and wood.
Great sour flavor. I get stonefruit. Nice and funky.
Medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel
Tasty sour from an excellent brewery.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from Small Batch Dispatch's July 2024 curation. My first beer from the Toronto, Ontario brewery. Quite enjoyable.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
