Oat Cream IPA w/ Strata, Superdelic, & Strawberry Terpenes • 6.2% ABV
Our first oat cream IPA! The pale, soft, & pillowy Earliglow sports an overload of strawberry via strawberry terpenes, Superdelic, and Strata hops. Picture yourself on a strawberry boat on a hazy, yellow river and you are almost there.

Leading an outing of The Responsible Beer Drinking Club at The Cookie Bar on Drouillard Rd. in nearby Windsor; on tap and chilled, 4oz. in a flight of six beers. My 22nd beer from the Toronto, Ontario brewery, and 7th for 2026...

This one sounds like an interesting twist on a regular IPA and "I'm here for it", as the cliche filled hipsters say.
Pours almost lager light until you empty the can with its sediments, leaving a thick ring but not really a head. The nose is of herbs and citrus, with a gentle touch of strawberry.
It feels soft on the lips, but it's the unusual taste that grabs you. And in this case, the unusual means good. The strawberry steps a bit more to forefront, but everything else surrounds it well, like the aforementioned herbs, some cantaloupe, and citrus.
I quite like this, I just wish this could have been introduced in the summer. I would have bout quite a few of them.
