Hazy IPA w/ Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, & Nectaron • 6.2% ABV
Cunning of Hand is an IPA standing at the forefront of brewing evolution: by experimenting with new technology at the leading edge of science, while keeping one foot still in the traditional brewing world, a vital new practice is being forged.
This latest Cunning of Hand has mountains of tropical notes, all undergirded by a base of white wine freshness. Guava, ripe mango, gooseberry, and peach aromas rise off of a pillowy head, giving way to a full-bodied drinking experience, balanced by a light dankness, and a perfect flex of bitterness.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From Erie St. Gastropub's bottle shop in nearby downtown Windsor. Canned July 3/25. My 24th beer from the Toronto, Ontario brewery, and 9th for 2026. Lovingly considered by Gracie the cat...
