As an American oenophile in Russia, I am always on the lookout for good Russian beer. This is a good - but not great - weissbeer that is unfortunately a bit hard to get (the Magnit stores, in St. Pete at least, seem to consistently carry it.) It is similar to Baltika #8, with a bit more witbeer taste instead of regular wheat beer. While the reference witbeer Hoegaarden is widely available in Russia (even under sanctions), this is a good bit cheaper, and for the traveler in Russia, sourced domestically, which is a rule I always try to follow.

L: Hazy amber color. 1.5 finger tall tick head disappears quickly.
S: Slight banana flavor, yeast, hops, sweet corn.
T: Nice gentle taste repeating the smell. Sour finish.
F: Medium-bodied, overcarbonized.
O: All in all this beer is pleasant.
