At the old stomping ground - this pours a very dark ebony, with a buff foamy but retentive head out of the cask. Tobacco and a herbal, savoury sage and wintergreen note on the nose - much bitterer on the tongue with pure chocolate and coffee. Finishes very long and astringent, not unpleasantly.
