Copper color with a thick head with good retention.
Aroma with notes of red fruits, mild caramel, slightly toasted malts and toffee.
Flavor with notes of caramel, sprinkle of cocoa, toasted and biscuit malts, a bit of berries, toffee and some floral hops. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Easy to drink and straight forward Irish Red Ale.
