SnoTown Brewery

 

Opened their tasting room just in the last few months. Converted restaurant but they did a nice job. Fun set up with food options nearby and across the street. Was popular the day I went but still nice servers (and the owners I imagine) that were quick. Interesting selections available that were a nice variety. Have the system right in the tasting room too so you can check it out up close. Kids and dogs welcome.

I stopped in at SnoTown Brewery last weekend and quite like the place. It's teeny-tiny, operating on a nano-sized brewing system, but the brewer is turning out some interesting beers. I had the English brown and the Irish red, both of which are quite competently made beers, and sampled a bit of the chile beer which was actually pretty decent despite my not being a fan of the style. The brewer is a pretty cool dude and is down to talk brewing (as you might expect). I'll definitely try to make it back here on my next trip to Snohomish.
