Sorachi Ace in a Pilsner, what a concept. Much props to DJ for the bold idea.
L: Not as clear as I expect a Pilsner to be.
S: Pilsner malt shines through, the hop notes are very subtle.
T: There's the Sorachi Ace!
F: Crisp and bubbly.
O: A decent Pils, and a very good Sorachi beer. Not over the top. I recommend it.
