I got a can of this off the single shelf at my local Giant Eagle. It poured a hazy yellow with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had tangerine notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit flare. The mouthfeel is medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Very clean crisp tasting IPA that leans strongly to the citrus side. Notes of mango, pineapple, and perhaps crisp green apple. I wish it were a bit muddier. Tastes a little too clean. Overall, a very decent IPA. I was just expecting a bit more.

Clean citrus aroma, pours a clear light-amber with a dusting of white head. Medium body, with some citrus and pine notes, with a nice lingering bitter finish. Nothing extraordinary about it, but it's a solid IPA.

Dare IPA brewed by Royal Docks Brewing Company, with an ABV of 6.60% This American IPA pours out a hazy golden amber color with a nice white head. There is also a nice amount of lacing to this brew, it sticks to the side of the glass well. The smell is rich with hop bitterness, earthy grains and malts. So far this brew has the look and smell of most IPA'S on the market, not saying that is a bad thing. Now for the taste, it is Bold with flavors. You first pick up on the hop bitterness then it mixed with the the earthy grains and malts. The body of Dare IPA is medium to heavy, but not to heavy. This brew is big on hop bitterness, so if you are not a fan of hops this is not a brew for you. It is really hard to pick up on the 6.60% ABV in this brew , it is just that smooth. This brew would go nice dinner or a cool day. The mouth feel is Bold, Rich, Clean, Smooth, and Refreshing. Overall I'm going to give Dare IPA a soild 4 out of 5. I would definitely look this brew up again giving the opportunity to. Royal Docks Brewing Company, did a real nice job with this American IPA.

Poured from 12 ounce can into a pint glass. Modest 1/2" head with staying power. Color is a rather ugly yellow with brown shades, very cloudy. Not that "looks" matter to me much, but this is not a pretty beer.
Smell is clean and crisp with tones of citrus - both lemon and orange - with a floral base. This smells like a very good beer.
Taste is a bit of orange citrus and pine with a just a little sour finish. A spiciness lingers. A full beer up front, but finishes thin.
Overall, a very solid, drinkable beer.
