Dark cherry Midwest fruit tart
Look for big, jammy berry flavours with a fizz and aroma reminiscent of Lactobrusco. Our house blend of microbes bring out an earthy note that reminds one of sucking the last bits of flesh from the cherry's pit.

L: very cool opaque red. Off white Head forms like a cola with audible carbonation. 1/2 in dissipating into a sheen.
S: dark cherry as soon as the can opened.
T: intense cherry somewhere between sweet cherry and tart cherry. The dark cherry comes through in an enjoyable way. Almost a hint of musty grape wine.
F: appropriate minimal carbonation. Smooth throughout the drink
O: very drinkable.

Oh, man. I had high hopes for this brew and it exceeded them easily.
It pours all red and dangerous looking. The aroma is of the wonderful fruity sourness that will envelope your taste. It might not go great with some food because it is so exceedingly and surprisingly flavorful. A nice balance of fruity sweet and sours.
Highly recommended. I hope I can find more, this one was sitting in my fridge for a few weeks.

Poured from a 16oz into a snifter. Deep wine red color, little head quickly dissipates. Not much of a smell. I was expecting more taste, like a big punch of sorts, but what little it does have is pretty good. Has a pretty good mouth feel/ drinkability which is probably the best thing about it. Overall, it's okay. Not great, not bad.

Downstream Jam brewed by Royal Docks Brewing Company, with an ABV of 5.00% This Leipzig Gose pours out of a 12oz can into a pint beer glass a nice deep reddish amber color with a nice white head. There is a nice amount of lacing to this brew, it sticks to the side of the glass well. Really digging the color of this brew. The smell is rich with sourness mixed with fruit . You also pick up on a nice amount of of grains and malts in the smell as well. Nice minor hits of raspberry in the smell are a nice touch to this brew. So far Downstream Jam is a nice inviting brew. Now for the taste, it is Bold with tart raspberry flavors mixed with mirror grains and malts. I will give this brew this it has a lot of sourness to it. But it like bitter sweet. Like real stong lemonade or something to that effect. But it is to be expected with this style of brew. The body is a solid medium. This is a nice flow of bitter sweetness in thi brew. The mouth feel is Tart , Sour, Bold, Clean Smooth and Refreshing. This brew would go nice on a warmer day or with lunch. Overall I'm going to give Downstream Jam a 3.75 out of 5. I would like to look this brew up again just to change it up from time to time.

Downstream Jam | Royal Docks Brewing Company. Poured from the can into a pint glass, the head's three fingers thick, with spottier lacing, and a translucent almost red body.
I smell lighter malts with plenty of the raspberries.
Tastes like a pleasantly tart version of the aroma. This still makes for a clean, refreshing finish.
Medium mouthfeel with mild carbonation.
Overall, I'll go ahead and rate Downstream Jam | Royal Docks Brewing Company with a 4.25.
