Ice Crusher is a drinkin’ beer that starts with a crisp Pilsner and then takes a few cues from other styles to round out its profile for drinkability. You’d only notice if you already knew about it, but there’s a bit of lactic acidity and a hint of sea salt in there to make the beer glide across the palate - and a bit of black currant tartness provides the fresh edge that makes this quencher go down so easily. It’s the perfect accompaniment to the trailing edge of the year and reminds us of autumn air and huddling around the clam steamer with friends, washing down a sip of blistering hot broth drank from a styrofoam cup.
