The color is a deep amber color with an nice off white head. Really digging the copper color of this brew. There is a nice amount of lacing to this brew, it sticks to the side of the glass well. The smell is Rich with sweetness from coconut mixed with fruit. You also pick up on a mild hop bitterness in the. Smell mixed with earthly grains and malts. So far, Apocalypso IPA, is a nice inviting brew. Now for the taste, it is Bold with flavors. You pick up a lot of hop bitterness mixed with coconut flavors. The coconut is a nice touch to this brew. You also pick up anice amount of earthy grains and malts in the taste as well. The body of Apocalypso IPA is a solid medium. There is nothing overpowering about this brew, it has a super nice balance to. It has a really hard to pick up on the 6.66% ABV in this brew, it is just that smooth. The mouth feel is Bold, Rich, Hoppy, Coconut, Smooth, Clean, and Refreshing. Overall I am going to give Apocalypso IPA a 4.25 out of 5. I would definitely look this brew up again givin the opportunity to. Royal Docks Brewing Company, did a super nice job with this American IPA.

Apocalypso IPA by Royal Docks Brewing Company. Poured the can into a pint glass, this has a three finger thick off-white head, with spotty lacing & a very deep brown body.

I smell a faint touch of the coconut & a hearty helping of the rye.

Tastes like mainly the coconut with the hops complimenting the flavor very, very nicely. The rye and hops are tamer than one would expect.

Medium mouthfeel with mild carbonation.
