Pav’s Blueberry is a tarttug-of-war between about 3,000lbs of Michigan blueberries, a dash of vanilla and the benevolent bacteria lactobacillus.
The aromas are of fresh blueberry pie–The flavour is earthy, floral and tangy sweet with just enough salt to bring out the blueberry flavour and round out the tartness at the finish.
Look for big, bright blueberry flavour with a gentle hint of pie crust from the malt base and vanilla in fusion.
