Solid amber; wild and wood nose; red wine vinegar, lemon zest, hints of strawberries, some oak, a bit of earth, tin, sorbet fizz, and red fruit; sharp

Samples at Zwanze day 2016 at Butcher’s Tears. Hazy red with a light pink head. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, wild funk and some oak-like characteristics on top of a very mineral body. Light bodied, low carbonation.
