So take what I said about druif, with its beautiful array of grape musk and sweetness, orchard fruit, hay, funk and wood, and now add in a process of richening via the brandy barrel, and you get a luxurious sour. This adds a whole layer of sweetened dark fruit and a sweet booziness to the already sour finish.
