Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some funky easter and some vinous notes with some grapes notes. Taste is also a good mix of tart notes with some funky ester and some vinous notes with dry finish notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Interesting wild ale but Saaz notes are more faint than I was expecting.

Drank at a Michelin-starred restaurant Midori for a Japanese-style dinner. Took it with me and paid the cork fee to be served during the dinner.
Poured to a champagne glass, stemmed and with angular walls (think of Zalto's champagne glass).
A: Pours a beautiful and slightly opaque orange to yellow gradient with a proper 5mm white head.
S: The aroma gave me goosebumps as this is one of the most best lambic-style beers I've ever smelled. You can find tones of peach, orange, wood, zestiness, light acidic tones. It's perfectly balanced without being too acidic or too fruity. Simply perfect.
T: The taste goes along with the aroma with a giant peach in the front and mellow fruity tones right after, finishing with a very cosy and sophisticated bitter and sour tones, almost matching each other. It's like everything's balanced.
M: The beer is medium-bobied, carbonation is spot on. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Bitterness is low. Sourness is low.
O: I can't really put this into words as this beer is one of the best I've ever had. Thank you Tommie.
