Look: Dark golden color, nice layer of foam.
Smell: Peach, some oak and a little plum on the nose
Taste: A lot of peach upfront followed by tannines
Mouthfeel: Good, as expected from lambic.
Overall: Beer in which the peach shines through the most. Quite some tannines in the taste.
