Peach Watergeus is created by adding our spontaneously fermented, wood-aged Watergeus beer on overripe peaches. After 6-18 months of fermentation the beer is blended with older beer to add complexity and young beer for further fermentation in the bottle. After another 3-6 months bottle aging, the Peach Watergeus is finally born.
