Our flagship American style IPA exhibits a bready malt character with hints of light toast. Juicy hop aroma consists of citrus orange and lemon zest with notes of tropical fruit and moderate floral spice. Flavor is similar to the aroma with a balance of citrus, tropical fruit and floral spice plus a subtle resinous and pine character. Light malt sweetness contributes to the juicy hop flavor. Balance towards the hops. Medium body with a moderately high bitterness and medium-high carbonation.

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a slightly hazy golden with thin white ring head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had bitter citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright semi sweet malt base with bitter pineapple and tangerine presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Pours golden with inch fluffy head into tulip glass from a 1 week old crowler. Fruity explosion aroma very nice, taste is citrusy, grapefruit, with piney bitter finish. Feels great with soft carbonation. Overall very good: biased as this is a local fav place for lunch!

Draft pour into a tulip glass.
Pale hazy yellow color with ambitious but quickly dissipating head. Citrusy nose and palate, sweeter intro and dryer finish, moderate crisp mouthfeel.

Their standard IPA. On tap at the location. Hops, but Not clean well executed. A bit hard to get through it. Not at a professional level, how can it survive as the standard beer to be judged by?
