Death Metal Milk Stout is a big body, approachable, smooth stout. Sweet milk chocolate notes up front, and finishing with a touch of roasted coffee flavors. A dark beer for the metal heads, but we’ll share it with anyone.

Very good sweet milk stout tried on tap at Lansing Brewing Company. Looks great, deep dark rich black color with some off-white head and lots of sheets of lingering lacing. Smells of rich mocha chocolate, medium roast coffee with a little bitterness, caramel, creamy vanilla, roasted nuttiness and malt. Taste follows the nose, good depth and flavors and balance. Smooth, slightly chewy and creamy mouthfeel, right amount of carbonation. Very enjoyable and not too sweet.
