Some scrappy notes from 2019.
Wow! Only 9 IBU. This is a lovely tasting lightly hazed wheat beer with banana and clove notes that is lightly creamy and quite smooth on the palate. Very well balanced and very easy to drink. It's an excellent summertime beer. I'll be looking for this again.

Had at brewery on tap. As others reviewed it iis hazy with little head. One of the strongest banana flavored Hefs I have had. Really nice flavor to start. Not as carbonate as l like. Failure on the after taste but it doesn't last long. Best taken with food. I will buy it again.

L: hazy golden amber permeated by streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a 1" fizzy and frothy white cap with poor retention
S: grain, light banana, a hint of vanilla and honey and very low clove
T: Banana and a hint of clove with some smoke lead the palate. There is some bready malt but it tastes a little thin
F: more crisp than creamy with a medium light body and medium high carbonation
O: the malt and yeast character are not very well developed and on the palate the malt is a little thin

Pleasantly surprised that this is a nice hefeweizen. Not great looking however. Looks turgid with little head and no lacing. Not bright and effervescent and fills your heart with joy like a Weihenstephaner A little on the clove end of yeast characteristics. Nice wheat flavor and lively, but satisfying body. OMNI beers are easily ignored on the store shelves with their format, price point, and mediocre offerings. But a hefeweizen in cans will get my attention. I would still take several other local offerings over this however.

This beer pours a slightly murky dark yellow with a moderate head. The aroma is funky, fruity, and rich, with banana, clove, nutmeg, coconut, and apricot. The flavor is sweet and mellow, with a large portion of banana, apricot, matcha powder, clove, nutmeg, and bubblegum. The mouthfeel is light at first but creamy in the middle, with lacy carbonation. Overall this is a really nice hefeweizen - flavors are spot on, and the texture nearly so.
