It’s a beer version of the song. Maybe a tad saccharine, but you can’t deny it’s the shit. Never have I had a sour with berries so pronounced and true to their sensual attributes. persimmon offers rummy plum that comes wafting after popping the cork. Champagne, pear juice colored. Slightly effervescent, very mellow light body and a quenching tartness. Tartness at a 8/10. It’s pretty tart. again, tart. You know the tune, give er a go

Hazy yellow-orange with a minimal head but clinging arms of lace.
Smell is bright and popping with tart blackberry, orange, peach, and raspberry seed, with some sea and/or well water-esque funk.
Taste is really tart lemon and grapefruit with a moderate acetic dry sting but nice froth. There are good levels of oak and a fruitfully funky, superior lemon-lime sourness.

A: Moderate peach and light raspberries, coupled with a slightly sharp lacto sourness.
A: Pinkish-orange color, opaque with a thin white head that recedes super quickly. Light lacing left in the glass.
T: Moderate peach and light raspberry flavor, giving way to a super sourness that lingers through the finish. There is a light oak character in the background.
M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation. The beer has a light effervescence.
O: Tasty; for being a Berliner, this is one of the tartest iterations I’ve ever had. This is a great beer with a very delicious fruit forward aroma and flavor. However, the sourness almost overwhelms the fruit and is on the verge of being overpowering.
