Bottle: Poured a deep reddish color ale with a pinkish color head. Aroma of huge framboise notes with some light tart notes with some residual sugar notes also perceptible. Taste is dominated by huge raspberry notes with some residual sugar notes and light tart notes. Body is full with good carbonation. I really enjoyed the huge raspberry notes in this one.

Poured from 750ml bottle into glass. No bottling date information found.
Slightly cloudy, raspberry red colored body. Slight pinkish white head. Some scattered spots of lacing are left behind with each sip.
Aroma of sweet/tart raspberry. Faint oak barrel.
Taste expresses the oak barrel embracing the raspberry fruit. Sour/sweet fruit flavor. Rather dry at the end.
Medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
This beer is very easy to drink, but still has the flavorable aspects of a barrel aged sour. Not too tart and not too sweet, but shows depth of its barrel aging. Not challenging but has a full spectrum of flavors.

Poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a purplish to pink/amber color, somewhat stiff/thick with a shy looking transparency about it. Since the cork came apart on me, noticeable little floaties of cork were strewn about all over. I didn't fish them out and figured they wouldn't hurt me. Light sticky and semi-messy lace wound around the glass.
The aroma had sweet to tart red raspberries up front, coming throu roamed encyn a puree'-like fashion and also pulling in a slight raspberry seed-like graininess on the backside. Light wood, somewhat sweet with a touch of vanilla even further down the road of aromas.
The flavor melded the sweet to the tart of the red raspberries very nice. Nice level of acidity wrapping into the woodiness. Slight raspberry aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine, perhaps seemed like it was starting to dissipate slightly. ABV felt on par. Raspberry tart to sweet finish.
Overall, lambic, fruit ale or American wild ale, whatever this is supposed to be, it's just damn good. I'd be willing to have again in a heartbeat.

2017 cork dated, poured into a shaker pint, the Liberine's Framboise is bright, hazy magenta with a similarly tinged head leaving sticky foam.
Smell is soft fruit and funk, a little spritzy.
Taste is amped up more then the nose but still on the softer side. Musty funk to raspberry to acidic finish, all of which are tempered.
Mouthfeel is dry, light, slippery.
Drinkability is solid. Not the most notable framboise, a touch flaccid for my taste, but nevertheless enjoyable and worth a try.

Honestly I know that how it is brewed it is an American Wild Ale, but the taste and definitely the feel fall more into the lambic category in my opinion. Do I dare say a perfect mid-summer beer? The feel is light and airy, almost delicate, goes perfectly with the taste of yeasts, fresh raspberries and floral/grassy tones. Smell is delectable in spring like notes. Pours a clear ruby with light lacing on the glass.

Exceptional framboise. Rose colored and the really dark on the last part of the bottle, cloudy. Smell is strong Brett with raspberry background. Taste is tart, almost slightly sour, with good raspberry presence. Dry, easy to drink, real good example of the style.

The look is a good rosé color. It's slightly opaque and has a decent amount of head.
The smell is like a funky strawberry shortcake. There's a good amount of sweetness, and a little bit of floralness.
I don't know why I have such a struggle getting raspberry flavors out of raspberry brews. However, I have no problem with this one, it's there. I guess I shouldn't expect much more. It's not particularly tart, and the main character is sweet, but it's not overbearing. It improves as it warms up. There's also a bread-and-butter flavor. (I think I'm describing toast with butter and jam, and that's a good way to sum it all up.) The warming isn't as intense as with some of my favorite sours.
The carbonation is coarse, but that's a minor matter. Thickness is thin-moderate.
