Once you Gose, is a blend of our house Berlinertine blended with our Wild/Sour Porter aged on vanilla beans and cacao nibs then blended with sea water from our bay.

Had it at the pub. Smells like wine barrels and bretta. Looks like a dark brown chocolate. Very little head. Overall great sour not too bitter flavor. The most pleasant part of this beer is the chocolate cacao and vanilla finish. Good to see something very special coming out the 805.

Had on tap at Bottle&Pint. Flavors of salted caramel chocolates in a beer. Sour cherries, dark fruits, a little brown sugar and vanilla Oakiness. Just excellent.
