This is possibly one of the best West Coast IPAs I've tried, and I'm surprised at some of the low ratings.
Pours light, hazy and golden color, and the head doesn't last long.
Aromas of pine and light spice, and slight grassy aromas.
Very smooth drinking, with good bitterness that hits afterwards.
The feel in the mouth is thick, but it makes you want to drink more.
So far, this is one of my most favorite IPAs, and had it for a number of months now. Tastes great whether warm or cold, but definitely better when cold.

12oz can, picked up at the brewery, poured into a hotel plastic cup. Pours slightly hazy golden with a nicely frothy head of white foam and clumpy lace. Subdued aromas of citrus zest, melon, grains and slight dankness. Citrus zest and pith bitterness, grainy malt and some tropical fruit. Light to medium body and moderate carbonation. A straightforward West Coast IPA, though lacking some balance.

Average IPA - lime, old tangerine - nothing special - tastes like homebrew.

From a 12oz can to a pint shaker, no date code found. This version is 7.0 % abv. The finger of foam receded in a couple of minutes, decent lacing, partly cloudy gold color. Aroma was nearly absent, likely this is well past ideal freshness. Taste also lacking, doesn't seem particularly well balanced. Some bitterness, but not much else to say. Feel is pretty good. Overall I'm completely underwhelmed, and won't look for this again.
