Draft pour at the brewery. The head dissipates quickly. The color is right, but seems more translucent than it ought to be. Nice cinnamon aroma reminds me of cinnamon raisin cookies, or oatmeal. The flavor matches the aroma, but accompanied by more bitterness than I expected. Mouthfeel is a little thinner than I expected too. Would pair well with French vanilla ice cream.
