Screamin' Hill Brewery "Wheat Did You Say?"
Notes via stream of consciousness: A New England-style IPA brewed with wheat? Interesting. I wonder how much wheat they used. It's somewhat hazy but it's not cloudy. Not that I care, I prefer a clear beer, but haze is part of the style and with wheat I thought it'd be even hazier. It's pungent and resinous in the nose nose with a bit of citrus. I'd call it grapefruit. On to the flavor... the wheat comes through clearly. Nice. There's more citrus to the hops than the nose lets on. It's got a nice balance between malt and hop, and a median bitterness brings it to a dry conclusion with some citrus lingering. Medium bodied and crisp. Nicely done.

Pours cloudy and straw colored. Sour / dank aroma. Flavor is citrusy with dankness and an off sour flavor that pervades. Tastes off. Might be the tap lines. Not my favorite.

New England IPA. Pours hazy amber with a thick white head that lasts. Aroma is citrus/peachy. Flavor is citrus/ hoppy. Feel is nice and inline with a NEIPA. Overall a solid brew.
