On tap at the Asbury Ale House in a good old pint glass.
A beautiful looking beverage. Pure amber in color with a cream colored creamy cap, 1-plus F, and it holds up well with a thick film and heavy lacing.
Strong roasted malt aroma with mild hop notes, like fuggle. Earthy, flowery, and gently fruited.
More strong roast malt flavor with light fruit flavors. Delicious.
Full bodied malt bomb.
American IPA? No. English IPA? Maybe. It was very good but I can't call it an American IPA. I don't know what it was, but I liked it.
