Crowler poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
L: Pours bright golden with 1+ finger of low-medium density white head with good retention and left scattered lacing.
S: Nose is heavy grassy with both tropical and citrus notes as undertones. Earthiness also becomes more prominent as it warms.
T: Follows the nose well, but a bit too grassy for my palate. Finishes with moderate bitterness and limited astringency, clears the palate fairly quickly.
F: Thinner bodied with lighter carbonation, feels slick on the tongue.
O: A very forgettable IPA. Gift from a friend, and glad I didn't spend my own $ for it.
