no canning date; reviewed 10/13/18

Look- translucent ruby-hued brown with an off white 1/2 finger head and sheets of lacing

Aroma- sweet biscuity malts with notes of caramel, citrusy hops and a slight cardboard-like note from oxidation

Taste- follows the nose with sweet biscuit and caramel followed by a somewhat harsh citrusy bitterness and that cardboard note

Feel- very dry with an extra bitter finish that lingers; light bodied with moderate carbonation

Overall- okay hoppy red ale that's a bit old if I had to guess. There's not much left of the hops except for bitterness, and its beginning to take on a cardboard taste/smell from oxidation
