A Belgian golden strong ale brewed with traditional Belgian yeast to provide that distinctive Belgian flavor, with Bravo and Liberty hops for a nice balance. You might get hints of honey, sweet tea, and big hopes and dreams.

On draught at the brewery. It pours a hazy, honey-orange color with a thin, ecru-colored cap and lacing. The rather subdued nose features banana, lemon, clove, and earthy notes. The taste opens with abundant fruit: lemon, apple, and banana, along with honey, biscuit, clove, and pepper. There is a touch of hoppy bitterness at the finish. It's very well-balanced and flavorful. The mouth feel is thick and fairly creamy with moderate carbonation, and the 9.2% ABV gives it lots of substance. This is a style you don't often see at a local brewery and Two Ton did a very nice job with it. It's well-crafted and thoroughly enjoyable. One of the best offerings yet from this up and coming brewery.
