Airy head that crests around three fingers and then sizzles off at light speed, bleached white hue, zero lacing. Gauzy liquid, translucent yellow. The nose comes off as more salty than anything, the lime cloaked some by that and the ginger, which is kind of curious, hint of quinine and biscuit, not getting any distinct fruit scents, very nice staying power. Medium-bodied, fluid and easy to drink. Here too there’s a salty, saline edge that is hard to ignore, not sure what’s up. Carbonation is average, in no way lacking. Ginger more noticeable, especially after a few sips. The lime seems diminished by orange peel notes. Appears to have a solid, if demure, malt backbone. Would not spend too much time analyzing it, better to drink it ice cold outdoors. (Canned within one week of consumption)
