Semi clear gold appearance.
Around medium carbonation with a slightly thin body.
Aroma is malt, bread, grain, fruit?perhaps Apple
Taste is very similar to aroma, very mild sweetness, bread, doughy, grain and again something similar to Apple which worked really well.
This brewery is relatively new to me but it has always been a positive experience trying whatever they produce.

Thin head with okay retention, bright white, the liquid is clear with only the finest particulate visible, fair amount of bubbles scattered within. Nose on the sweet and soft side with cereal flakes, honey, orange peel and a light waft of banana to white grape, pleasant enough but name notwithstanding would have preferred it a bit crisper. Medium-bodied, seems to choose smoothness over bite, same gently grainy profile sweetened by honey and something not too dissimilar from corn syrup. More floral here, carbonation scrubs enough that there is a good lifting sensation and perfume. Apricot, apple, pear fruit but it’s more like “fruity” than specific flavors. Finish is clean and, again, aided by the carbonation. Likable, seems crafted for people who wouldn’t really drink Pilsener beer. (No canning date)
