Brewed with Jasmine rice and wild rice, along with delicious hops, Citra, Sabro, Horizon, and Sorachi Ace. Smooth with a dry finish, the rice imparts delicate floral aromas followed by lemony citrus character from the hops.

On draught at the brewery two days after release. Served in a snulip glass. It pours a hazy, golden-straw color with bright white, foamy cap and soapy lacing. Its smell features lemon, dill, and a discernible aroma of rice. The taste opens with crisp, tart lemon and hints of tangerine and coriander. It has a slightly Belgian feel. There is also a starchiness from the jasmine and wild rice in the background that gives it depth of flavor. There is a pleasant, smooth bitterness from the Citra, Sabro, Horizon, and Sorachi Ace hops. It all works very well. The mouth feel is super lite and crisp with lively carbonation, and at 5.4% ABV it drinks very easily. Overall, this is a very good recipe, well executed. It's liteness belies the flavor. An impressive offering!
