Perfect for Spring/Summer, this is a light and refreshing American pale ale, dry-hopped with El Dorado and Cascade plus fresh white peaches. Its sweet start finishes with a snappy hop bite.

On draught at the brewery. Served om a pint glass. It pours an opaque, bright golden-yellow with more than a half finger of foamy, milk-white head and thick, soapy lacing. It has a great nose! Lots of fresh peach and soft floral Cascade hops with whiffs of lemon and grapefruit. The peach flavor is more subtle than indicated by the smell. It's dry and fairly tart with abundant lemon peel, grapefruit, and a hint of cracker. The Cascade hops are well used. The peach becomes more evident as the ale warms in the glass. The El Dorado hops seem to be used more fore bittering than as a late addition to add tropical sweetness. This ale is crisp and lite with a pleasant level of carbonation. With an ABV of just 5% it's very drinkable; a second pour is not an issue. Overall, Steppin' Out is a very nice APA. The flavors are nuanced and it offers a lot for its modest ABV. It's perfect for late Spring/early Summer outdoor drinking. I think this is the best Pale Ale that Two Ton has brewed.
