Modern sleek yet cutesy taproom with both a long bar and plenty of table seating. The beer list was ipa heavy, tap only to have not to go. The few more classic styles they did you could tell was not their wheelhouse though. Service was bubbly and pleasant, got beers poured pretty quickly. Ate an appetizer, it was underseasoned

This is an informal place in the St. Roch section of Quebec City, well away from the touristy part of the town. It was a quiet midweek day in October after the visiting crowds have moved on. In short, it was a quiet day.

There were 16 beers on tap plus 6 more in cans. I tried 5 of them and they ranged from above average to superb.

The food was limited but extraordinarily excellent with great care given the combination of flavors. The chili and nachos were particularly good.

I would highly recommend this place to BA fans who find themselves in the area.

 

hip qc place. a clockwork orange. beers on but more misses than hits. Somewhat disappointed as hoppy can releases have been very drinkable. Not supported at home base.
