A - Pours pitch black with a very thin tan head.
S - Aroma is dark chocolate, vanilla and bourbon.
T - The taste is dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, molasses, oak and bourbon.
M - Full body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with crisp dry finish.
O - This is a huge BBA RIS. Big dark flavors with a huge bourbon finish.

It was hard to rate fairly in the crowed tap room. However, this beer is thick and creamy. Smooth barrel notes. Complex and balanced. Overall a great beer.
