16 ounce can into IPA glass, no can dating, but from mid 2020. The 4 pack was over carbonated. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy medium golden amber color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing and a lot of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas and flavors of big ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. High carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malts, and sticky/resinous hops in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing resin dryness with min/no astringency. Minimal warmth of 5.7% or hop burn. Pretty refreshing. Great Citra and Mosaic profile; very vibrant and dank hops, with light-moderate juiciness. Only a slightly stale note in the nose from age of hops. It sat in the fridge for a while. Feels more like a west coast IPA than a pale ale; but I was a big fan. Great and it held up very well for nearing 2 years old.
