A - Pours pitch black with a one finger tan head. Light amount of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is maple, chocolate and vanilla.
T - The taste is dark chocolate, maple, vanilla, light coconut and roasted malts.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a soft dry finish.
O - Really nice pastry stout.

Pours a black color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is sweet chocolate, vanilla and bourbon. Tastes of maple syrup and cinnamon. Mellows as it warms. Good mouth feel.
