1 PINT can
Served in a snifter
This beer pours like used, motor oil. It is black and viscous. There is no head to speak of.
Nice chocolate aroma with some vanilla. Cinnamon is faint and the peppers are even fainter.
Chocolate flavor upfront. There is a little vanilla sweetness. The peppers add the perfect amount of tongue tickling heat. The cinnamon is very muted, which I like.
Full bodied with a thick, luxurious mouthfeel
This is another damn tasty stout from Ellison.

This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and no lacing.
This smells very spicy, with increasing heat on the nose as the beer warms, along with milk chocolate and caramel.
This is definitely tasty, with an intriguing caramel/honey/milk chocolate sweetness balanced by a heavy duty pepper note. It's honestly a little bit too intense, but I do appreciate it. There's very little barrel here.
This is thick, and pretty syrupy, with a lower level of carbonation.
This is a little bit too intense in the end, but I still enjoyed it despite the flaws and the searing heat.
