A - Pours jet black with a thin tan head. Nice amount of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is heavy cinnamon, cedar and vanilla .
T - The taste is dark chocolate, cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, cedar and rum.
M - Heavy body with medium/low carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel with a crisp finish.
O - One of the most unique stout I’ve head. The amburana barrel adds a big cinnamon flavor and spicy cedarish flavor.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small quickly disappearing head and not much lacing.
This smells like spicy cedar, oak, cinnamon, caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla.
This is very, very, woody - and I could see that where that might turn some people off. I personally think it's super unique and tasty. It's woody, earthy, spicy, cinnamon-ish in it's barrel flavor. I don't get much actual rum, just wood itself. I get some coffee, dark chocolate, fudge, and caramel and vanilla as well.
This is medium bodied, slightly syrupy, but finishes bitter and woody. There's no real booziness to it.
This is a very unique stout, and it's definitely cool to see some different takes on a barrel aged stout.
