A - Pours pitch black with a thin tan head. Decent amount of clingy lacing.
S - Aroma is dark chocolate, caramel and big barrel.
T - The taste is dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla, sea salt and huge barrel presence.
M - Full body with medium carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel with a slick dry finish.
O - I liked this one more than I thought I would. The sea salt is light and adds a light salinity that cuts through the intensity of the base beer.

This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like spicy and boozy barrel, a touch of burnt salt, roasted malt, caramel, and dark chocolate.
This isn't near the top of the Ellison BA stouts that all have space themed names. It's still good, with loads of barrel - spicy, brash, and boozy - tobacco, leather, licorice, and loads of roasted malt. The salt in the salted caramel is strangely very present here, moreso than the actual caramel itself.
This is thick, creamy, and very hot, with a lingering boozy heat on the back end. It's definitely something you're not drinking fast.
This wasn't the most artful entry in this series, but it'll put some hair on your chest.
